Ethan Terblanche is a project manager, researcher and artificial intelligence solution designer focused on the practical use of emerging technology within organisations. His work brings together project management, digital transformation, research, education, healthcare, marketing and AI-enabled systems development.
Ethan founded AIBOS after working across environments in which organisations were expected to adapt rapidly to new technology while continuing to manage complex operational responsibilities. He recognised that organisations often have strong ideas and capable people but lack the time, structure or specialist support required to turn emerging technologies into functioning systems.
This led to the development of AIBOS: a company designed to bridge the gap between technological possibility and practical implementation. Ethan's approach is grounded in the belief that artificial intelligence should support human expertise rather than diminish it.
